Shooting starts at 12:00 noon until sunset opening day of first phase.

P.S. Don't forget to get your free HIP permit for federal migratory birds with your hunting license and don't forget to ensure your pump and semi-auto shotguns have plugs not allowing more than 3 rounds to be loaded.
