The only "reliable" / "credible" source listed is the LA Times and it doesn't even say anything about this.
So you guys are panicking because SOME folks are suggesting that
Walmart chose not to tell the media...
Walmart chose not to release the news on its corporate website...
Walmart chose not even to inform Remington, Federal, etc. that it was canceling their receivables / renewable contracts...
But instead opted to inform only one or two of the people in its customer service call center and one guy who recorded the call for his blog?
Sorry, I'm not buying it until I get it as "real" news, and if you guys took the time to think about it you wouldn't either.
Noone on this thread says it's official. Rumor is spreading like wildfire all over the places that I read. No need for you to jump to conclusions
maybe we are all wrong and the sky isn't falling, but wait another 1-3 months and see what types of ammo you can get and what it's gonna cost you. either way the price I'm afraid is up to stay and may get worse. don't be left shooting blanks.
No matter what ends up happening Obama is going to do whatever he can within his Executive powers to "limit and regulate" guns and ammo. I see a 30-40% tax on ammo coming. Stock up boys!
Yea ive been waiting for .223 bullets at harbor for a while. Says he has a max on what he can order now ( an allocated amount). Sucks.
