I 100 % agree our gun rights should be enforced as written in the constittution. and having been in open carry states in the mid 70's-80's it wasn't a big thing unless in the cities. open carry today, EVERWHERE however, I don't think is a good idea in every place at every time, but would like the option to do so at my discretion. all I could think of that pretty girl open carrying with an open holster is " how long would it take for someone to take it from her" if in the wrong time and place. IMO concealed and open carry individuals should have training in weapon retention. (myself included) I noticed a lot of open top holsters being used and thought how easy for a gun to fall out of a persons holster in a crowded starbucks, an accidental discharge and then it turns into the O.K. corral,( just playing devils advocate but you get the idea). also even though I may not agree with the Anti's they have rights also and if they are afraid of guns should not have to live in fear. my Mother for instance had a Brother who committed suicide during the depression with a handgun, and out of respect for her I keep my handguns hidden from her sight. theres not gonna be a 100 % correct answer here, I believe, for every person, time and place. JMO
I believe our right to carry should not be infringed, period. Open or concealed should be up to the individual based on what they feel comfortable with based on the situation. I also think they should remove some restrictions on where we can carry, as those infringe on my rights as well.
AGREE......Why don't they work on some hasher punishment for the thugs that use gun for crimes. Don't we have some atomic bomb craters in area 51 were we can make these scum bags go away for ever. these are the ones they need to be looking at, oh these guys don't obey laws so the laws won't work on. JUST VENTING SORRY.

I don't think I'd be comfortable seeing everyone carrying in the open,I think we all have a right to own firearms and protect ourselves.
