I seen some black panthers once traveling south, right in Tampa. Lot's of them. Florida used to have ocelots at one time I believe and jagurandi. Now you shoot a cat that turns out to be a Fl. Panther, then bring it to FWC and actually show them, you'd prolly get 10 to 20 and sit in cell with a real black panther that just loves rednecks.
I'm pretty sure I seen a panther in Cedar Key when I was driving to camp early one morning a long time ago. Just a split second then it jumped back into the woods.
cedar key is a giant bird sanctuary.. only good for sight seeing.. lol.. ima stick a deer there tho this year.. lol
I killed my first buck there many moons ago. Lot's of good times there.Hunted Lower Suwanee when it first opened up,I can't remember the hwy we hunted off,it flanked the river and came off 24 I believe. I could tell some good stories about going int town when I was young.
i love it up there.. cant wait to go this year.. just wish things were a little different then they are going to be.. cant wait to go tho!
