Howdy y'all. Many of you guys know me from other forums. For those unfamilar with me, my name is Chuck Echenique. I'm an outfitter and call maker from Tampa and I own Rebel Yelp Outfitters and Calls. I also write for Woods N Water Magazine and sit on the Deer Management Technical Advisory Group for FWC, as well as the SWFWMD Stake Holder Group and I'm a regional director with Unoted Waterfowlers.
