Are you getting an error when trying to upload a new avatar?

This is what my screen looks like. I can't delete my current avatar or change it to a new one.
Of course I circled the part that says it is disabled in red.

Welcome, Six! Nice looking reef bugs you got there! I'm about 75% done with a home-made pirogue (Cajun canoe), and have some ideas on building a sit-on-top kayak next. We look forward to getting to know you better!
