Welcome aboard H60Mech :>) I was a helo mechanic in another life. Spent 13yrs working on and flying in the HH3F, HH65A and HU25A (Falcon Jet) while in the US Coast Guard before going to OCS. I was qualified (flight mech on helos and dropmaster on the jet) on all three aircraft at one point in my service and averaged about 25hrs of flight time a month. I did that for 5yrs! I loved it. Oh and my dad was in the 82nd Airborne.

Thank you for your service. :brave
