whiting

well you certainly have fish to fry, I don't think i have ever caught or eaten a whiting

I am just wondering how good they would be if I just gutted them and took off the heads n fins and then froze them whole....any one know?

Best if you can fillet them and then cut up into bite size pieces then batter and fry golden brown. Bobbi and I are going to city pier sometime around 1 or 2 Friday. I still have room for them if you need.
