Sept Snook Season!

Snook is good is chowder, too. Still think the best way is fried, though. But ya gotta have the right coatings and seasonings!

cube it, boil it and dip it in garlic butter, great appetizer. other than that, fried or grilled in foil with veggies.

I was at football party with some guys a few years ago and someone brought some snook to fry.
It was cut into bite size pieces and breaded in crushed Cheez-its.
I don't eat fish but tried it and it was good.
Since then most of my fish is done the same way when I prepare it for my wife or guests.
