i didnt know that was a record.. im pretty sure i have seen people catch em that big.

I don't know it doesnt look 17 pounds. Everyone these days holds fish at the camera to make them look larger. If it weighs that much it's huge and congrats to him but I'm not sure about that.

I bet them fillets were 3 inches thick! I like sheepshead, they grill up nice, and also make some fine chowder! Makes me wanna go piling scraping.
