Lots of good times for sure. Friday evening was great Bossman sure did it right. Many thanks. We also had some venison braut's that were outstanding brought in by Rusty's buddy Doug. Plenty of food and fellowship. Real cool to sit around the campfire and talk outdoors and get to shake hands and bs with everyone. Every year the friendships grow and its neat to see everyone again. We got all the hogs killed Saturday so sat evening was sit back relax and do the slow down chill. For those who missed it we made a big pot of spaghetti with the left over hamburger that Bossman brought and venison steaks thanks to Doug. Oh yeah the the rest of the apple pie got gobbled up sat night. Good stuff. Thanks guys you are real good folks to hunt and hang out with. We had a young lady that got her first hog with a crossbow can ya say smack down baby, I got one pic of that and one of the group. I suck at taking pics some times sorry.
Once again great times and memories.
What can I say, each year it gets better and better. Hats off to Trapper Dan, first class as always. Kudos to Bossman for the unreal burgers. Was grateful to met some new folks this year and share in the fellowship. This year I brought my wife and son and they had a ball, they will be back for the next one. I can honestly say that this is an event that I have never missed and never will. There's something to be said for just plain decent folks, and this describes T.D. and his buds, I truly enjoy hanging with them each year. Pics to follow once I can figure it out.
Thats what the forum is all about. Makes me happy to see this.
I wish y'all hadn't of had such a good time. Would have been easier to accept missing it if it wasn't so good! 😀
Congrats on the hogs, and thanks to everyone that participated and helped out getting it organized. Y'all are good people! Looking forward to next year. I'll have vacation scheduled next time well in advance!
