Got some baseball equipment for the kids and stopped over by the gun dept. Took a look at a Remington 700 sps in 300 wsm I believe, it was a 300 anyway. Man I fell in love,what a beautifule rifle. Laminated stock,matte barrel all I can say was it was hard leaving there without it.I am definitly gonna get one,just gonna shop around a bit.
Ya know the guy told me it was an sps,but it had a wood laminated stock and a matt finish barrel,after a little research I found out that an sps has a synthetic stock.It must have been a bdl or a cdl. It was sweet,it's definitly got my brain scheming.
Ive got a 700 in .243 and love it
I had one in a 270 and sold it like a dumbazz 10 years ago.That was one fine shooting rifle,even with a cheap scope on it. Now my wifes looking hi and low for a new horse,think she's gonna have to wait awhile.
