They are good boots, almost bought them but at only 16" high I am about to go to the chaps.

I'm officially embarrassed!
Now, opinions, please?
I bought the same boots from BPS in Orlando 3 years ago and can't complaint. Comfortable and strong. I just replaced them as the Friday before gun opening I was setting up my stands in the Green Swamp and one started to fall apart (sole is glued). Absolutely not waterproof. My feet got wet since day one. However, I think is a good value for your money.
I just bought the ones on the image, Lacrosse Snake Charmers 18" for $139.00 no tax and free shipping (Amazon).
Also good and absolutely no waterproof either. However, I don’t think there is anything waterproof other than rubber boots and mine also leak somehow. I think is the price you pay for hunting the Florida swamps.
I have the Rocky's with same result after 1st season. They hold up to rain well when sprayed, but don't step in any water. I think water gets in where the soles meet the boot (welt?). Anyways, I wonder how the new Rubber Snake boots work.
High rubber boots, really don't think a snake can penetrate BUT I do wear folding cutting boards inside that I made into gaiters. waterproof and dry
The chaps are EXTREMELY hot!!!!
hence the reason for the assless ones that iluv2hunt perfers.. LOLLL
