They should be called scent reducers. The only thing that will eliminate your scent completely is a hazmat suit. Think about it, spray product on every part of your body then...breathe! Now you have to eliminate the smell of your breath (I don't care if you brush every day, your breath smells like last night's dinner).
The best scent eliminator is a nice breeze blowing the right way.

With all of this out there, NOTHING will ELIMINATE human scent other than the hazmat suit Tomslick66 mentions above.
These products help you reduce the smells so you don't have to play the wind as much, but you still must use common sense and proper scent control techniques.
