I have a quota hunt question... On the preferance points that you might get for the different hunts apply only to each hunt. If you get a quota on the third drawing that doesn't count against your point, the question is what if you apply for a second phase and get drawn? Do you loose your point at that time or do they roll over. The reason that I ask is because I only apply for "One Quota Hunt"... I too like to hunt other WMA's but want to keep my point up for my honey hole.

Yes. You can only apply in the second round if you DID NOT get drawn in round 1. If you get drawn for a hunt in round 1 or 2 it takes away your preference point(s). Round 3 you can apply for leftover quotas and it will not take away your points. same with redraws on returns

Actually, you don't loose preference points during Phase II "...Applicants who receive a preference point in the Phase I random drawing will retain their preference points even if they are issued a permit in Phase II or Phase III. Applicants who fail to apply during the Phase I application period for two consecutive years will forfeit all preference points for that hunt type. Applicants that skip a year will neither gain nor lose their preference points." http://myfwc.com/license/limited-entry-hunts/general-info/preference-drawing/
