I have a couple I like, they're to little to tell how they'll bark yet. I was feeding them Sunday and one of the males smelled something on the ground and trailed it about 30 yards. I'd like to keep all of them for a year but I can't. I usually sell the good ones and keep the shit eaters. I'm gonna try to keep 2 or 3 till I see what they will do. I 'll get some pics this week and post them. I'll get one of their mom baying a hog too.

Maybe if you looked closer you'd see them wearing gas masks.

Maybe they're a new breed of mosquito. They are becoming immune to our Thermo.

deet is what is in agent orange. i got some stuff from a camping store that was 99 percent deet. its in a little small spray bottle.. says do not over spray. YOu can overdose. seriously.

Agent Orange was used to defoliate the jungle and is in some ways chemically similar to DEET, but they are different compounds.

They were both used extensively during the Viet Nam war, but the dangerous chemicals in Agent Orange were the dioxins, which cause cancers and birth defects. The problems with DEET come when it is used in too strong a concentration (I think no more than 33% is recommended), or when used in conjunction with other chemicals. One of the things they suspect caused what is known as Gulf War syndrome was the use of DEET that was too strong along with another chemical sprayed on uniforms as an insect repellent. Add to that the troubles caused by the pyridostigmine bromide tablets given to military members to increase resistance to some nerve agents, and you have a potent mix of chemicals that are bound to cause problems for some people.
