Cabela's visa card!!!
I use it for everything including business purchases and get ALOT of free stuff all year long..
you get 1% cash back for all purchases no matter what, then if you get the signature series cards for spending so much each year the cash back goes up for anything purchased at cabela's..
Not to mention with the "clubvisa" promo they have been running for like 4 months now its always free shipping.. So when i see something small in the bargin cave for a few bucks and usually wouldn't mail order because of shipping now i will .
then there is the fact they stand behind everything, i recently wrote a bad review on scope mount for my ML and a few weeks later they wrote me stating sorry for issues and here is a refund for them..
worth a check out, if you got to spend money like me you might as well earn the cabela's bucks to spend on yourself later..

I do the same thing but with a Bass Pro Shop Visa (I do have a Cabalas but don't use it much). I run all my personal (groceries, gas, whatever I can pay with the card) and business expenses and pay in full at the end of the month. Is usually between $3-$4k a month so I get lots of stuff with the BPS money I get, including a revolver and a 380 pistol I recently got, a CVA wolf, and a Nikkon Omega ML scope, just to list a few. However, as I always tell people (including my son and daughter) doing this requires discipline and having the means to pay your credit card statement in full at the end of the month or you are scr$#@. Credit card debt is the last thing you want to deal with.
right on!! and yes, its not free if you end up paying interest on it.. so pay it off each month and they are giving you stuff for free..
i'm on same playing field.. at 2-5K a month that's a minimum of 25 bucks each month in rewards
i bought my muzzleloader with the rewards I got in the month after we bought a house
I'd prefer a cabela's store over a BPS also
