I'm in need of trail camera and have to consider budget as well...
I was looking on basspro and they were selling this camera for 79 dollars and i have a gift card for basspro. I wish I had cabelas giftcard but well.. it is what it is i guess... lol...
So whats your experience with this camera? recommended? or not recommende?

Primos Truth Cam 35 is the only cameras I use. I used to set them in public land and didn't want to loose too much if stolen. I have them now set up at my lease and I can't complaint. Picture quality is OK and to me worth the money. Mine usually run 6 months on a set of batteries, with a setting of five pics every ten seconds and normal sensitivity.

I've got 2 of the TruthCam 46 cameras. Great pics both day and night. Unfortunately, they're absolutely worthless pieces of junk. I bought 2 in July and I'm already up to #5 and 6 as I've had to send them all in to get replaced/repaired. $20 plus shipping every time you need warranty work done on their POS products. I haven't had a single one last more than 2 months before it crapped out completely.
They also make a loud audible noise in IR mode when the shutter opens. It is a known problem with them and will spook game that's not used to the noise. Not sure if its been addressed in newer models. I am a moultrie guy. Can't go wrong with them
