Any easy way to waterproof shotgun shells?

they sell a small air tight (actually in many different sizes) totally water proof container in walmart. I use it to hold my cell phone when i go on a boat or on the beach with my fishing cart.

I carry one on my kayak for my cell/keys/wallet

I guess the finger nail polish idea is the easiest way to do it.
Do you think it will increase the chamber pressure due to any additional resistance to the projectile?

I keep these shells on my wife's shotgun on a butt cuff and the shotgun is kept in a cabinet outside so during windy rain it could get wet.

No. That wouldn't amount to anything to be concerned with at all. Or the beeswax for that matter. Really shouldn't take all that much anyhow. There might even already be some sort of sealer in the shell anyhow, I don't know.

Bet i can drop them bullets in water then pick them up and fire them.. they are pretty tight to begin with.
