Need a lightweight climber preferably summit, and a ladder stand or lock on.

Check the local newspapers and swap and sell classified magazines in your area. I have three of them but they aren't for sale. If I had an extra, I'd sell you one, and help you out. I would hope someone on the forum as an extra one that has been sitting in a shred, garage, or barn and would sell it to you for a decent deal. I will keep my eyes out for a good used one for you.

We are all very well aware that most all outdoors/hunting shops and stores sell or can order you a tree stand.

Here's an idea for the Forum. Instead of criticizing this guys intelligence, why don't you start a thread in the Hunting Gear and Equipment Section about the differences, pro's and con's, and your experiences with climbers, lock on's and ladder stands and maybe, just maybe this member and others could get some useful information before potentially spending a few hundred bucks on a stand.

A forum with a great Swap and Sell has great other forum sections also. Alot of questions and new threads spur off from Swap and Sell and everyone has the opportunity to learn something new. Not sure why everyone thinks a good Swap and Sell makes this a craigslist site.

Good Words Gunboy.....let's not be so quick to pounce....after all I'm pretty sure we have all made at least one mistake in life, such as not introducing yourself first or whatever.....hardly worth a crucifixion.... :angel

As far as the request....dont have any stands I need to get rid of right now, but as far as new stands....Sportsmans guide does have some good deals now and then....I bought a couple of ladders from them I think "Big Game" brand that are great stands and real good prices....
