Good Cheap Starter Guns!!!
not a bad option. another diff bbl is cheap enough new and not hard to find and even less $ used. these 3 new posts are the most reasonable I've seen in a while & doubt they will be around long. the bidding wars on gunbroker are just comical.

Hey nacho, I have a 12ga H&R single shot I'd like to get a rifled slug barrel for. I can't find them online anywhere other than Numrich but they don't list slug specific. Anyhow, do you have a source?
Alan's, new slug gun has got me thinking. :shifty

Try this.
had the same idea myself. I contacted H&R and they can add a 12/20 ga rifled slug bbl with either iron sights or a scope rail for 120$, +20$ to fit the new bbl to the gun (yes you have to send the stocks and action to H&R), + another 20$ shipping. you might be able to find a used H&R with a slug bbl for that, or close to it. I was leaning towards 20 ga. mine is the ultra varmint, I suppose they could do it for almost any of their models. do a search for H&R's web address & phone #. I did this and added a 243 bbl already, this could become an obsession.
