Hit up one of the local pawn shops. There are several of them out there. Or, you can hopp over to your neighborhood Wally World and get one there (if your Wally World still sells firearms). Most of em go for less than $200. If, however, you are looking for a higher quality 22, then you should jump over to Gunbroker and check this one out: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=206475850 . I have personally examined and held this one, and if I had the $$, it would be mine already.
+1 on that ruger t-bone is talking about. got one in 22 mag. a real tackdriver and looks feels and shoots just like a high quality big game rifle.
