How old is it? How many hours you figure you got on that tube? Any blemishes (black spots) in the tube ?
it maybe month old never been on a gun use it only a few times to look around maybe 30 min's to 1 hour

What's that thing based off of? I can't tell how big it is.
Pvs-4? 22? At any rate, even with the older generation technology that's practically brand new as far as hours go.
I spent so many hours looking through a PVS-14 on this last trip that my right eye has gone bad.
That's a good price and good scope, just make sure you don't point it at ANY sort of a light source in the dark, not even headlights in the distance, it will burn out/short out quickly. It happened to me and they wouldn't refund or repair it.
