I'd be bangin on the door of the FHP with all the paperwork asking WTF is my boat? If they don't have any record of it, but you have paperwork that does, then it looks like the 2 boats were "confiscated" illegally. They have to track and treat anything confiscated under the chain of evidence laws. No case = not stolen, except FROM you. Not sure who the State's attorney is over your way, but I'm in almost weekly contact with one in O Town.
I'm looking for a freshwater aluminum rig with a wide bow.At least 14' but would like a 16'.Don't want any fixer uppers, something kinda fresh and I wouldn't buy anything without a clean title.Need room for my 3 boys, they all decided they love to fish as much as me.Don't need a giant outboard, something to push it around a lake.
10-4. i have a 16ft carolina skiff sittin around thinkin about gettin rid of it, not really sure what im gonna do with it. its a good boat, just needs a motor, has a live well and a deck up front.
Yep. Jamie from Fox Orlando would dig into it big time. He seems to be big into chasin down corrupt officials of any kind.
