Hey just a heads up, I bought a jon boat and a trailer from craigslist and the FWC took them both because "there were problems with the paper work from the owner who had it before me" what ever that means. Its been over a year now since they took it and havent heard one word since then. Ended up getting the trailer back but FWC wouldnt let me sell it.
So if anyones ever gonna buy a boat or car off someone on craigslist, make sure all the paper work is legit. Not sure how my paperwork wasnt legit but whatever 😆

You bought a boat/trailer and FWC knocked on your door and confiscated it? Due to a paperwork issue?
Then gave the trailer back but not the boat? Did they reimburse you what you paid?
