 
			So, the idea is that anyone that owns a parcel gets access to the entire place, right?
If that is how it works, why would someone buy one of the larger 2.5 acre parcels if they get the same benefit from buying one of the cheaper smaller .31 acre lots?
What am I missing?

with the bigger lot you get your own permanent campsite. Smaller lot you use a site but is not yours (temporary campsite).
I do hunt river ranch have camp the truth is that it has two hunting zones and zone c is where all the camps are 2010 during hunting season it was a mad house on zone c side because members brought in guest and they did not obey the rules so they made a new rule no guest on holidays but zone b is the still hunt area its on the other side of 60 not a lot of deer in zone c because the season starts to early and its to hot i beleave but zone b the still hunt side is a whole different story all i can tell you is if you put up feeders a keep up with them you will probley do well
river ranch has 2 hunting zones b,c zone b i still hunt no dogs atv on road only it is agreat place and now no guest are allowed in on hollidays its just a few bad apples that didnt follow the rules but that has chaned you see there there are 6000 members and 200 of them hunt that is how it is i own and hunt just remenber in most cases its the guest not obeing the rules
1 1/4 u can have 4 owners and a real camp site .31 u camp with everyone else in camping area and only 1 gest u can still bring intre family but 1 1/4 u can have up to 4 owners and they can bring family plus 2 guests this year 2011-2012 the game warden and the sherriffs wild life offers will be there to in force the rules so this will end the mad house there are 6000 members and only 200 of us hunt so give them a chance they are changing things to make it better for us hunters the more of u that join and attend the meetings the better its not a bad place just some dont follow the rules but this year they will or thell get a big fine
