Looks like there's gonna be atleast 3 openings on my club. $1550.00 a year with dues being due by May 1. Off I-10 in Sanderson. 17 members on 3000 acres. 15 or so food plots with soybean feeders filled all season. No private areas so you can hunt all 3000 acres. Plenty of deer and a ton of turkeys. Butts up on the west side to Osceola NF so you can hunt there too with a WMA stamp but don't need to. Other side of property is 2800 acres with no one hunting there.Camp with a skinning rack. Water but no power. There is a camp generator to run the water pump, camp lights and camp house with satellite TV for the games. Good group of guys at camp. There are some real trophy deer on this property that eluded us all season. I'm not in charge of the lease but send me a pm if anyone's interested and I'll get back with ya.

There are still openings on the lease. They now have a total of 5 openings as of the beginning of last week. Every one else has committed to coming back. I sent you the contact info Skull. I'll be up on the property for the opener in 2 weeks and hopefully will be able to give a good report on the gobblers. :cool2
