576 acres of 3 yo, 6yo, 11yo pines with small pockets of 30+ yo pines and hardwood bottoms. I think i counted over 20 hardwood fingers on the map. The timber company will be thinning the 11 yo pines this summer which is and awsome thing for deer hunting.

Try living way down here. I'm driving 6 hours now and that's the closest I've been to home in 10 years. Price I have to pay so I can be 10 min. from the ramp and 10 more min. from the flats. Good luck with the new lease.
Don't give up on me guys.. I did pick up this tract and scouted it last weekend saw a lot of deer sign. Put the trail cam out Staurday afternoon and didn't really expect much but ended up with 19 pictures over night and a pretty decent buck sunday morning. I'll know more about how many members we need by April 1st.. so stay in touch
