576 acres of 3 yo, 6yo, 11yo pines with small pockets of 30+ yo pines and hardwood bottoms. I think i counted over 20 hardwood fingers on the map. The timber company will be thinning the 11 yo pines this summer which is and awsome thing for deer hunting.

I've done a little walking around the property.. have not had the time to really scout it like I will this spring. The bottoms are loaded with Oaks and I saw a few persimmons in the one spot I walked down in
We did see a lot of deer tracks and turkey tracks.
