ive used tents, pull behinds, pop ups and airstreams over the years, and a converted 1955 city bus, the pop ups are light and can be taken into the roughest terrain, are just a bit more work setting up and taking down and gotta make sure they are dry before storage or youll get mildew. but if planning on rough rds/trails/backwoods they are the way to go. airstreams are well designed tow easy, very comfy. but now I find if you gotta pay for a camp ground, I'd rather shell out a few extra bucks for a motel and have a whole lot less crap you gotta plan on ,carry with and set up, especialy if you can only get away for a few days.
May I interest you in a small pull behind travel trailer instead?????
