It's a long shot, since banjo players are far and few these days, but I figured I'd give it a try. Maybe one of you on here wants to start as something to do in your free time.
I have a recording king rk-r20 for trade or for sale. Recording king is the big name in banjos, you can look it up for yourself. I bought it brand new in April 2013. I barely played it. Comes with a snark tuner, finger and thumb picks, gold tone mute, and a capo. I have a 2 year warranty through guitar center for it, which supposedly covers absolutely anything.
Trades considered: kayak, guns, reloading equipment, possibly a bow
Price?
Just best offer right now. Banjo was $450 plus tax, so $481, then a $75 warranty. Tuner was about $13, mute was about $13, capo was $25, picks were $13. So I have about $620 into it. And if whoever gets it drops it or something I will take it in for them for the warranty.
Call Ned Beatty. I beleive he is a Banjo player from way back.
Have been wanting one for awhile now. think that one may be abit out of my league. very nice though. good luck
