Looking for a 3 point disc/harrow to use for some food plots. Nothing too big. Hopefully a 4 or 5' harrow. I've got a king cutter for my 4 wheeler but am looking for something for the tractor instead. What ya got?
Hey Dony...You probably know this, but I would get the heaviest one your tractor can handle, the weight will make it cut deeper and better and saves a lot of time on each plot. I have a four footer at my place in Georgia, but end up using my neighbors 5 footer most of the time. Not only wider, but its real real heavy, one or two passes and its done nice. I have put extra weights on mine and it still doesnt cut as well....and its not the angle of the discs....its just not heavy enough.
I dont know if your place is in Georgia or not, but your welcome to use mine whenever Im up there...just come get it. Im a little N of Macon by about 40 miles.
If I can't pick one up this year cheap then I may take ya up on it. Thanks for the offer. :toast

I have one just like that one... you really have to watch the hubs on these... there are no bearings and it is a friction fit and you need TONS of grease in each hub... and the parts are hard to find.. The last place I found new hubs was a tractor parts place in Georgia... not something you can get parts for from Tractor supply or any place like that.
