Now we know what happened to the Taco Bell dog.
Looks like a shaved dog. Look at the structure of the head and paws. Some kind of mutt.

My theory... The animal in question, holds a hairless gene.
Iv seen alot of animals with mange and they all have dry flaky skin and LOOK emaciated.
The unknown animal looks fairly healthy :wacko

I'm with you on the hairless gene or the lack of hair from inbreeding.
