Bout tired of the mudd trucks tearing up my land. I spoke to the owner of the adjacent property's son and while he was on my property tearing it up. I told him to Rekon his property line and stay off my land.
So im in my ground blind and i hear the mudd trucks on his side crank up. Then i see a truck coming onto my property, makes a u turn and tears up all the ground.
So im like "well ill deal with him later"
So im sitting in my blind and a side by side comes onto my property within 10 feet from my feeder, his son points and says "hey dad a deer feeder".
At this point i get out if the blind and walk through the brush to catch him on the newly crushed path through my property he just made.
He drives by and i fkag him down. The guy drives up to me almost hitting me. I said "SERIOUSLY? Your kidding right?". Hes like, what? I said "look wat over there, see that post?," he says yes, i then say "once you pass that post your trespassing".
He apologizes and goes on his way.
The next day i put up signs. We have no fence cause its in a pond.
I already called SWFMD and next step is to put in a complaint. I own 50% of this pond he owns 2% if that.
Truc parts on my property, oil, and they tore up my property so bad that it made a big part now muddy under water ad the pond crested over the tire ruts filling them in.
We own about 5 acres and they iwn 1 acre.

Looks like you own a good portion of the local mud hole. I hope you can get it under control, some people have no respect.
Well i emailed SWFMD thet said call law enforcement. I said "no its natural habitat getting destroyed" . There gonna send a rep out.
Theres an identical property situation cross the road. They were all mudding there and SFTMD came and shut it down .

That's a good angle, destruction of wetlands is a serious offense and can lead to some hefty fines.
