I do have to say I was impressed. I had over 40 packs of meat from my deer. And he mixes beef fat with the burger meat. And everything is vacuum sealed. Gonna get smoked sausage done with the next one I shoot. He has a homemade old timey smoke house at his place

gonna take a deer to the other processor in town. he makes a kick azzz summer sausage.

Good luck, ya'll. I got a big case of buck fever tonight on the way home. I was out back of Dismal World at 7pm, and I saw a fine buck at about 50-70 yards that had to go at the very least 160s. And he had to weigh over 200# easy. Thought it was a horse at first, so I made a u-turn, and then saw the doe he was following. Then I made another U-turn to look again. And one more again, before he started getting that look like 'Hey, dude. Somethin's not right here." Gotta get my boss to push harder to get approval for a mgmt hunt back there. Even limiting it to archery and in non-guest areas, I'm sure we could fill a truck bed with wall hangers and not put a dent in em.
