Nice fp areas. I like those little tucked away spots better than big huge plots. Better chance of killing a buck in them
However, you better have some sun tan oil to sit in that tripod in the first picture

I like those tucked away spots myself. I'd use a climber on that tall pine behind the tripod and get wayyyyyy up there. :toast

That "tall pine" isn't really that tall at all. I have a 2 man stand about 100 yards along the treeline to the left of that tree, and will have a shooting house on the treeline opposite the ladder, but about 200 yards in from the food plot. The ladder stand will be good all day, as it sets just back in the trees, and the shooting house will be good for morning and evening. The tripod stand hasn't found a home yet. I'm considering moving it to the corner before the food plot (about 75 yards behind me from where I took the pic).

use 2 stands so u will be set up for most conditions plus looks likedecent amount of sun light to the area too.

Yep. There's LOTS of sun. The only shade on the food plot is in the late afternoon/evening, as the clearcut opens to the east.
