I'd have to agree with PCBFish on that one. I think that they'd have a good laugh if we sent it back. The spinner tray, motor pan, and motor became one single unit wrapped around the cone of the funnel, and the 1/8" thick aluminum bracket that the controller is mounted on bent at a 45 degree angle, surprisingly, w/o breaking the timer. It would be nice if they can find a way to fix it or replace it for $50 or less.
