Only one comment. I find it very interesting that the one calling someone out on ethics is asking about an extended magazine on his shotgun for hog hunting. So is spraying a hog with lead any different then spraying a deer with lead? At least the deer is being trailed by dogs.
T.T. as I have said ( repeatedly )the only reason I put an extended mag on is so I can carry my ammo in the gun instead of my pockets. all perfectly legal and just my personal preference, I really doubt I will ever use more than 1 or 2 max. my criticism of doghunters use of buckshot was between me and him and yes I should have done it in a pm, O.K. so you can call off you, D-DIRT and the rest of the MOB. doghunter is a big boy and can handle his own business without your help. if I owe anyone an apology it's doghunter and has been done via PM, so butt out. I don't realy care "to hear your mouths either".

no need for extended mag. you can get a stock carrier like i got.. theres no need to have that many rounds on demand. But thats you homeboy!
I've tried stock carriers, they stretch out/drop shells and throw off the lines and balance of the gun, same for reciever carriers. I've carried shotguns since 1975 so I think I know what I like. MY preference! and am not seeking anyones approval, just asking if it's legal. I can plug the extended mag to hold 5- 3 1/2" which is all I want, but then it will hold more than 5 of the 2 3/4's, hence my legal question. I cleared it with FWA and they have no problems with it, so either should anyone else. sorry I'm getting a little touchy.
i carried a side stock carrier the past two seasons.. walked 10 miles or more every weekend with kemster and so on.. wore the dam holder out and never stretched it or lost a shell. the extended mags look cool tho.. i personally only need max 3 shots. thats if im having a bad day. one time i took more then 3 shots and thats because i had the wrong choke in.
