thats one native language of hundreds if not thousands, most long forgotten. indian nations had been killing off other tribes and taking their land by force since before recorded history, the strong thrived and the weak perished and there was never any complaint about it. that was the way of the world for red and white man alike. and it's realy not too different today, just alot more complicated. I don't understand why the white man owes the red man /black man/jewish man/palastinian man etc etc man anything for doing the same thing to them that they did to each other for centuries. granted how it was done was with alot less honor and courage, but I don't get how granting "so-called" native americans the exclusive rights to gambling casinos is going to make up for the atrocities that were committed.and atrocities have been committed by all sides in all societies and still continue today, just look at africa for example. I'm not looking to pick a fight, but all groups or societies have been pissed on by others at some point in history. and I don't believe any group of people deserve any preferential treatment from the rest of us.

sorry if it seemed like a rant.. but we all have heritages and being proud of them is a good thing, up to a point. now we are Americans and should all learn to speak and use english as the official language of this country. I'm not sugesting you abandon your past and I think its good you can still speak the native tongue. but I think its rude to speak a language in front of others that can't understand it.

So what you are saying is that we OWE You to talk in english? So you can put your nose in something that does not concern you. After your first post about being off topic I moved over to were it belongs but you are the one now that is keeping this off topic.
