Just got my license for the St Vincent Island whitetail primative weapon hunt. The hunt is 1/19/12 to 1/21/12. Right now I am going with a group of 5-6. Last year's hunt was a great time and I am looking forward to this one coming up. 1st come 1st serve and spots are still available.

Have yall as a group and much luck?? I've been interested in going but I wasn't sure if it was worth the hassel.
Last year I went with 2 other guys. The trip is great and the hunt is fun. We didn't have any success last year but we learned a lot so this year we have high hopes. Just be ready to walk a few miles per day.
We've got 5 of us going so far. I reserved the last cabin at Indian Pass Campground for the trip yesterday. Getting everything over and back for camp was too much of a pain. They've got a place to tie up the boat and we'll leave our bikes on the island. We'll have a hot shower at the end of the day too and can drink my rum in the open this year. :rolleyes The campground will be pretty open so if anyone wants to set up and take the 1 min. ride over it should be a good time. Gonna carry my bow and muzzloader this year. It was well worth the trip to me last year and I think staying off island will be even better. You gonna hunt the east side again Halligan?
Not sure......we had a good time over there last year but might try the other side thise year. How crowded was it over there last year?
