Sounds to me like they screwed iy up again. I am not a highly educated person, but if I was running the quotas I would concentrate on 1 drawing at a time. Start with the nearest hunts complete the draw, and post it. Than move to the next hunt, and so on. Also find a new vendor that can stay with in the times lines presented to the public without effing up.
I can help them with what they are doing, and I had 2 boubons, 2 beers, and 2 sloppy joes for dinner. Thats a 2fer for free. Its on me this time.

In my book, that means that they'll post them sometime between now and October.
