The point system is not logical. Laying hands on a wild animal and tieing it up should be worth more than shooting something at 200 yards, and feeling that you were involved in a great accomplishment.
Don't worry though. I shall not worry about this "contest" or wesite any longer. I will sign off once this is posted, and won't return. Have fun with it. I wish you all the best.

Cutter. we'd hate to lose ( almost ) any member. for you to jump in after the contest started and expect the rules to be changed to suit you is, IMO a little unreasonable. this is the first year so expect a breaking in period. is it perfect no, but I'd expect there would be some corrections/changes made for next seasons contest, if anyone is still willing to be involved, as I'm sure the people involved in organizing it this year put in a lot of time and effort into making it happen and have got nothing but a ration of shart as thanks. I would personally like to take this time to thank all involved. it sure has been interesting to say the least. have there been differences of opinions and hurt feelings sure, and hopefully no friendships lost over it, many new ones have been made as a result and it has IMO brought the group as a whole closer together. if you want to take your ball and go home over it, that's up to you. I'd rather see you get involved in the planning of next years contest and try to implement your recommended changes for next year. hope you decide to stick around.
