Would like to find out about that old Marlows? out on hwy 20 by Ebro or the old place right by me on 79 now that would be ideal.As I said I would start small process maybe up to 40 or so animals a week if business was avail.This is sounding better!!

I can make jerky out of anything that has no fat, venison, turkey, chicken, beef are all excellent. Pork is more difficult to get all the fat off is all.
LH, the only thing is you need a secondary business when hunting is not as active.
Well as far as I know , I was about the only one hunting this morning. No one on my road and when I left around noon my tire tracks where the only ones in and out the main road. I heard 3 shots come from Steelfield rd most likely from one of the houses. Across 79 someone was shooting something like a AK47. They must have shoot over 300 rounds, went on for almost 2 hours. I saw 1 turkey and 5 does. Had to come home to get ready for the Parrot Head Christmas Party tonight. Looks like rain moving in over night with 25 to 30 mp winds tomorrow. If rain moves out before morning I will be in the shooting house watching cartoons in the morning. :sailor
