OH did you cut the deer up or what processor did you take it to?
I believe you wrote this on another forum, I have used Cody for a few years and I have been very pleased with his work.
Deer Shack 850-872-0286 (HOG & DEER), East Ave (NEW LOCATION)Lynn Haven/Panama City, They are open 8 AM to 9PM attended and prefer the animal with the skin on... people say they are very good,, your backstrap, hams and cube steak included: all sausage $100, hamburger $70 or 50/50 $90, they skin free and gutting is $10 The deer is hung up for a week in the cooler and back to you in 2-3 weeks after killing. Hogs are similar price and depend on weight.

I'll quarter mine and cool it in a cooler, and then tote it back down here. My processor is only $45 hog/or deer skinned or not. $5 extra per 8# of sausage (links or bulk).
yeah the shack is high, there are 2 others between them and my lease, have not used anyone yet.
