The rates:

Application: $25 residents of Manatee/ $35 non-res.
A-G hunts (deer/hogs) (paid per hunt): $50 resident / $85 non-res
H-K (small game/hogs): resident $25 / non-res $50

No limit on hogs. One deer per quota. Small game, etc. per FWC regs.

Here's an outline of the preserve. Gives a good idea about the different terrains and how big this place is. You can also see on the western borders there are a lot of agriculture fields, mostly tomatoes, but they also grow some other veggies.

I bet the locals will love you for posting this. lol I have hunted there before and you have to also attend an orientation and follow a bunch of rules. The quota system is per hunt like 3-5 bucks a weekend. Once that # of bucks are shot you cant hunt deer for the rest of the weekend. So most of the time it's a 1 day hunt. It's a nice area with alot of hogs but it is pricey. about $105.00 per hunt for a non resident plus your licenses fee $35.00.
