What size are you looking for?
What will you be pulling it with?
These are important questions to add in when your looking for a Disc Harrow. Scalloped disc are for cutting and breaking up harder ground. Smooth disc are for sandy soil and will turn out a smoother finish. The Ideal set would be scalloped in the front and smooth in the rear.

A lot of times you need to add a little weight to these sometimes.

That was a king kutter above 3' runs $700 and a 4' is $750. The ground hog is like a waste of time to me. It is to small and goes inbetween the tires so you would never have a smooth plot with out tracks.
Just my opinion

I have the King Kutter just like in the pic. I got it on CL for $250. When I broke ground on plots last month, I had to add 3 concrete blocks to get it to cut, and make a ton of passes. Today I planted one of my plots. I did not have to add any weight, it cut real easy. I think the ground hawg would be real good if you were doing narrow food plots like down a pine row or something, but I would hate to plant an acre with one

Keep in mind, discs aren't really designed to tear up ground that's never been worked before. They are meant to maintain ground that was ripped and cleared down to bare dirt from other equipment. If you have a lot of brush and stuff it's a lot of work but can be done
