May have a chance to get out and do some hunting tomorrow morning in Green Swamp. I plan to hunt in some cypress bottoms and hopefully sneak up on some hogs.
Do any of you like to hunt when its windy and cloudy out? I hope to take advantage of the windy conditions and use it to my favor.
Your thoughts?

Well to be honest.. i think hunting in the pouring rain is the best hunting for hogs.. many might disagree but im pretty sure that when its pouring they are moving.. hogs i mean. my trail cam is loaded with hogs when its pouring rain.

Pouring rain would be a good time to sit in the truck and wait and look. maybe drive down the main rods nice and slow. I've seen lots of game just driving into the woods. so if its raining and during the week. There probabley wont be much traffic in there.

If it were me. I'de carry my 44 mag. on my hip under my rain gear and walk down the trails.
