Official python hunting season

A lot of the numbers and information has been inflated in order to scare people into passing laws regulating the keeping of large constrictors. Most of the studies that have been done have been very controversial and not exactly top notch science. They really want to stop people from keeping any snakes as pets...and they are getting closer and closer. Just another way for Big Brother to micromanage our daily lives.

I've seen 2 down there. One we ran over in a truck, it stretched from one side of 41 to the other. The other we tried to run over in a buggy but it just escaped death.

Part of the WMA permit process. I just think it's a scam to get some of the non-hunter types out into the woods to chase down some a them legless creatures. Personally, it'll just "thin out the gene pool" a bit if more city slickers head out into the glades.
