Yes drop of dish soap and 1 light tbsp of baking soda will stop the mildew and some blights. Used it about 2 weeks ago and it did help stop the mildew. Lots of youtube vids..dont vegetable oil like some do. The oil goes to the top of the water and doesnt go through sprayer. If it is just the lower leafs on the cucs may be no need to worry. Dont water them or squash at night.

BTW I even put a lil garlic in that mix to help with bug control. You could even add a lil hot pepper flakes too.

Cool weather has been our issue about the garden. We had a few days in mid-April in the low 40's and then this week, we've had 41, 42 and 51 degrees in the mornings. However the garden is beginning to grow, still a lot to plant but looking forward to squash and some fresh green beans. Here is a picture of our garden 30 days after planting. Treefarmer

doghunter, you've got umpteen palm trees in pots! Tell us about them, nursery stock? Last picture show some planted in the dirt in rows, will they be transplanted later? Just interested in what you're doing! Treefarmer
