there was a duck ID class we had to pass to hunt certain areas in N.Y., don't know if they have em here. might help you. when it's still 1/2 dark, foggy and there flying fast it's not easy.
I hope to give it a try this year. My fingers are crossed.
I am looking into finding some people to duck hunt with. I am not looking for spots or anything like that. I have some spots, but lack one key thing as of last saturday and that is my dog. I am lookig for a lab if any one knows of some up coming litters. I thought this year would kick off without a hitch. Anyhow if anyone is interested in going let me know. Well I pulled the ol Mother Ducker out of the pole barn today, finally. Put on some new tires and worked on the camo blind. The original motor blew up last year, so i took it off as well. The new to me motor has been fired up on the bench and is waiting to be installed. Have to make a different coupler to connect the drive shaft to the motor next week. Then I can test everything at a local lake close to the house. Hope all goes well. Look out DUCKS !!
